Ingredients
  1. 4 cups cold cooked rice
  2. 1 green pepper
  3. 3 sticks celery
  4. 4 green onions
  5. 3 cloves garlic
  6. 10-15 mushrooms
  7. 10 strips bacon
  8. 1/4-1/2 cup soya sauce (to taste)
  9. 1/4 cup bacon fat
Instructions
  1. Dice all the vegetables, except the garlic.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. Cut the bacon into chunks, whatever size you want in your rice.
  4. Melt the bacon fat in the bottom of the wok over medium heat.
  5. Once the garlic starts to cook, mix in the rest of the vegetables.
  6. Increase heat to medium-high and continue cooking.
  7. Once vegetables begin to cook (green peppers lighten slightly) add in the rice and bacon.
  8. Add the soya sauce and continue to cook over medium-high heat.
  9. Cook until the rice is piping hot and the bacon and vegetables are mixed well throughout.
Notes
  1. Add more bacon than we did.
